We are so excited to have everyone in Colorado together for our wedding on September 21, 2024. Beaver Creek is a special place for us. It is where Kevin grew up going to ski and is home to many of our favorite memories as a couple. We can't wait for everyone to experience the beauty of Vail Valley in the fall.

Our Story

HOW WE MET

Kate was in the elevator with her parents on her way out of the Junior Parents Weekend Gala at Notre Dame. She started a conversation with a guy because he was tall and handsome who was already in the elevator leaving the Gala with his mom. Kate decided to share her number with him when she learned he was smart (studying mechanical engineering!) and down-to-earth. That guy was Kevin. It was Valentine’s Day 2020. After putting her number in his phone that night, Kevin asked her out over text the next day. A week from when they met, they had their first date at the Starbucks on Eddy Street. From there, as they say, the rest is history.

HOW WE GOT ENGAGED

Three and a half years and a dog later Kevin felt the time was right to ask Kate to marry him. Kevin asked Kate to marry him on West Brother Island in Alaska while they were hiking. It has always been his favorite stop on a recurring family trip through the Inside Passage.
